PTI’s Imran Khan Jalsa Bahawalpur on June 27, 2014
Bahawalpur (Friday, June 27th, 2014) – Today Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Mr. Imran Ahmad Kahn Niazi is holding public rally in the southern Punjab city of Bahawalpur.
Bahawalpur is the city of Nawabs. Abbasi Family has ruled this area for long period. Before Indo-Pak partition Bahawalpur was a state. It had own assembly. In 1947 its ruler decided to join Pakistan instead of India.
The movement of separate province is still live in this region.
Mr. Imarn Khan has launched movement against the PML-N Government. It is expected that he will announced long March from Lahore to Islamabad against Nawaz Sharif regime. Boycott and resignation from Assemblies (National Assembly) is also anticipated. But Imran Khan has categorically denied the desolation of Khyber Pakhtunkhrwa Assembly. He has also refused to join with Tahirul Qadri yet.
PTI’s other leaders like Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Mr. Javaid Hashmi will also address the rally.
Peoples from all over South Punjab will participate in the Jalsa. This public rally will start at 5:00 PM.
Te venue of Jalsa is historical dring stadium. It is located in from of Bahawalpur Zoo. Radio Pakistan Bahwalpur building also near to this. Dring stadium is sport complex having all sport facilities at one place. Grounds for Cricket, Hockey, Football, Badminton and other games are available.
