Islamabad (Wednesday, May 13, 2015) – Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter Faith Harmony has announced that all arrangements for the Annual Hajj 2015/1436 AH are final. Hajj Balloting or Draw will be held in Committee Room of Ministry of Religious Affairs Islamabad.
Result od Draw will be published on the Official Website of Ministry of Hajj.

This year Hajj Applications were invited from April 27 to May 8, 2015. Almost 2 lac and sixty nine Azmeen e Hajj applied through 10 designated Banks of Pakistan. Applicants deposit 70 billions for the charges of Hajj in Advance.
Hajj Balloting will held according to Hajj Group. If Leader Name of Hajj Group came in Balloting. All members of that Hajj Group will be allowed to perform Hajj 1436 A.H.
Almost Rs. 255000 to Rs. 265000 has been deposit by each Azim e Hajj this year.

Wifaq-ul-Madaris Al-Arabia Annual Examination 1436 AH – 2015 AD
Multan (Saturday, May 16, 2015) – Today in all over Pakistan the Shahadat e Aalmia examinations are being held of 2015 A.D / 1436 A.H. Two Lac Sixty Five Thousands and Seven Hundreds (2,65,700) students will participate in this year.
Total One Thousand Six Hundreds and Sixty Two (1662) examination centers has been setup in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Balistan. Tulaba of Kamil e Hifz will be 64467 this year, While in previous year these were 63496.
Saudia Arabia gave award on this achievement to Wafaq-ul-Madaris Arabia last year.

Detail of New Profit rate:-
Defense Saving Certificates = 8.68%
Pensioner benefit Accounts = 10.56%
Behbood Saving Certificate = 10.56%
Special Saving Certificate (Regular and Special Saving Accounts = 6.80%
Regular Income Certificates = 7.60%
While Saving Accounts profit rate has been increased from 4.10 percent to 4.50 percent annual.
Short term Saving Certificates = 6.38%

Islamabad (Wednesday, June 17, 2015) – State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has issued minimum stage of amount of money, from wchich Zakat will be deducted this year 2015 / 1436 AH.
It will be Rs. 33,641. While Zakat will be deducted @ 2.5 percent. For this purpose Banks Holiday will observed in all Banks of Pakistan on First Ramazan ul Mubarak 1436 AH.

HEC issued Alert For Parents and Students During Admission
Higher Education Commission Pakistan has issued an Parent/Student Alert in the heading of CONFIRM ACCREDITATION OF DEGREE PROGRAMMES BEFORE ADMISSION.
It has been noticed that degree programmes of some Universities are being initiated/continued without obtaining accreditation from the concerned Professional Council. Non-Recognition of such graduates by the Councils has a negative impact on the future of these students. In the larger public interest, it is important that commencement of new professional programmes be only undertaken after complete observance of all the requirements prescribed by the respective councils. Parents/students are advised to confirm whether the degree programme of their interest is accredited by the concerned Council or not before taking admission in any programme.

Which may cause High to Very High flood in river Jhelum at Mangla (upstream) ranging between 150000 to 300000 cusecs during next 12 hours.

Malik Ishaq and Ghulam Rasool Shah Killed in Muzaffargarh – CTD Punjab
Muzaffargarh / Multan (Wednesday, July 29, 2015) – According to spokesman of Anti-Terrorist Force (ATF), Leader and Founder of banned Lashkar e Jhangvi Malik Ishaq has been killed in a police encounter with his two sons Usman and Haq Nawaz. While member and leader of LeJ Mr. Ghulam Rasool Shah and his two sons were also killed.
CTD Punjab said six members of the anti-terrorism force (ATF) were also injured in the encounter.
Malik Ishaq and Ghulam Rasool were resident of Rahim yar Khan. he was born in 1959. And Died in 2015. Thus his age was 56 years at the time of his death.
